art 2 Change of name of the Trust
The trust shall be called the University Hospital of North Staffordshire National Health Service Trust instead of the North Staffordshire Hospital National Health Service Trust, and accordingly— (a) in article 1(2) of the Establishment Order, in the definition of “the trust”; and (b) in article 2 of the Establishment Order, the words “North Staffordshire Hospital” shall be replaced by “University Hospital of North Staffordshire”.
