art 2 Amendment of the previous commencement order
(1) The Office of Communications Act 2002 (Commencement No. 3) and Communications Act 2003 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2003 is amended as follows. (2) At the end of article 4 insert— (4) The following provisions of the principal Act shall come into force on 1st July 2004— (a) section 278; (b) sections 351 and 353 (so far as not already in force); and (c) paragraph 8 of Schedule 12. (3) In Schedule 2— (a) for “Sections 2, 351 and 353”, substitute “Section 2”; (b) omit the words “278 and”; and (c) omit the entry for paragraph 8 of Schedule 12.
