art 2 Amendment to the 2003 Order
(1) The City of Peterborough (Electoral Changes) Order 2003 shall be amended as follows: (2) After article 1(2) shall be inserted – (3) Article 6 shall come into force – (a) for the purpose of proceedings preliminary or relating to the election of a parish councillor for the parish of Eye to be held on the ordinary day of elections in 2006, on 15th October 2005; (b) for all other purposes, on the ordinary day of elections in 2006. (3) In article 4(4)(a), “(5) and (6)” shall be substituted for “(6) and (7)”.
