art 10 Amendments to the Criminal Defence Service (Funding) Order 2001

In paragraph 9 in Part 3 of Schedule 4— (a) in sub-paragraph (1) for “uplift” substitute “and witness uplifts”; and (b) for paragraph 9(2) substitute— (2) The evidence and witness uplifts shall be calculated in accordance with the Table in paragraph 10.
