art 3 Transitional provisions
(1) Article 4 of this Order shall apply only in respect of appeals made on or after 3rd October 2005 and articles 5 to 22 of this Order shall apply only in respect of proceedings in which a representation order is made on or after that date. (2) In respect of all other appeals or proceedings the Criminal Defence Service (Funding) Order 2001 shall have effect as if this Order had not been made.
