The London Thames Gateway Development Corporation (Planning Functions) Order 2005 art 6

art 6 Modifications of provisions of the 1990 Act and Listed Buildings Act in the planning functions area

All the provisions of the 1990 Act and the Listed Buildings Act 1990 specified in Part 2 of Schedule 29 to the 1980 Act shall have effect in relation to the development corporation and in the planning functions area with the modifications specified in that Part.
