art 2 Authorisation of the joint scheme
(1) The Secretary of State hereby authorises the Transformational Grants joint scheme (“the joint scheme”) which is contained in the agreement entered into on 1st December 2004 between the National Lottery Charities Board and the New Opportunities Fund. (2) The Schedule to this Order (which, pursuant to paragraph 3 of Schedule 3A to the Act, contains a brief description of the nature and purposes of the joint scheme and other particulars of the scheme) shall have effect.
