reg 5 Amendment of Schedule 3 to the Assessment Regulations
(1) In Schedule 3 to the Assessment Regulations (sums to be disregarded in the calculation of income other than earnings)— (a) in paragraph 28H— (i) in sub-paragraphs (1) and (2), for the amount “£4.65” (each time it appears) substitute the amount “£4.85”; and (ii) in sub-paragraphs (3) and (4), for the amount “£6.95” (each time it appears) substitute the amount “£7.20”; (b) after paragraph 28J, insert the following paragraph— (28K) Any payment made in accordance with regulations made pursuant to section 14F of the Children Act 1989 (special guardian support services) to a resident who is a prospective special guardian or a special guardian.
