art 3 Nature and functions of the trust
(1) The trust is established for the purposes specified in section 5(1) of the Act. (2) The trust’s functions shall be to provide goods and services for the purposes of the health service and, in particular, to provide and manage— (a) ambulance and associated transport services; and (b) such other services, including community health services, as can reasonably be carried out in conjunction with the provision and management of ambulance and associated transport services.
