art 9 Functions of the Commission
The Commission may do such acts, execute such works and incur such expenses as may appear to it expedient for— (a) the protection or improvement of the salmon and freshwater fisheries in the district; (b) the preservation and increase of salmon and freshwater fish in the district; and (c) the stocking of the district with salmon and freshwater fish.
