The Buckinghamshire Hospitals National Health Service Trust (Trust Funds: Appointment of Trustees) Order 2010 art 2

art 2 Appointment of trustees

(1) The Secretary of State shall appoint trustees for the Trust for the purpose of exercising the functions described in paragraph 10(1) of Schedule 4 to the Act (trust funds and trustees). (2) A trustee shall be appointed for such period, not exceeding 4 years, as the Secretary of State may specify on making the appointment.
