art 3 Appointed day for provisions relating to responsible officers and the conduct and performance of medical practitioners and other health care workers
1st April 2010 is the day appointed for the coming into force of the following provisions of the 2008 Act— (a) section 119 (except in so far as it relates to Northern Ireland); (b) section 120 (except in so far as it relates to Northern Ireland); (c) section 121; and (d) 122 (except in so far as it relates to Northern Ireland).
