reg 6 Amendments to the Asylum and Immigration Tribunal (Procedure) Rules 2005

In rule 9 (where the Tribunal may not accept a notice of appeal)— (a) omit “or” after paragraph (1A)(a); (b) after paragraph (1A)(b) insert— ; or (c) the Lord Chancellor has refused to issue a certificate of fee satisfaction. (c) in paragraph (2)(b) after “action” insert “on that notice of appeal.”.
