art 9 Revocation

The Immigration and Nationality (Fees) Order 2007 , the Immigration and Nationality (Fees) (Amendment) Order 2008 , and the Immigration and Nationality (Fees) (Amendment) Order 2009 shall cease to have effect on the coming into force of regulations made under section 51(3) of the 2006 Act in connection with this Order.
