art 2 Interpretation

In this Order— (a) “the 2000 Act” means the Freedom of Information Act 2000 ; (b) “public authority” has the meaning given in section 3 of the 2000 Act; and (c) “request for information” has the meaning given in section 8 of the 2000 Act.
