The Education Act 2011 (Commencement No. 5) Order 2012 art 2

art 2 Provisions coming into force on 1st September 2012

The following provisions of EA 2011 come into force on 1st September 2012— in Schedule 11, paragraph 2 so far as it relates to a new school that is a pupil referral unit, and section 37 and paragraph 1 to the extent that they relate to that paragraph.
