art 2 Transfer of trust property
(1) The trust property, and any rights and liabilities arising from that property, are transferred from the FT to the new trustee. (2) In any instrument relating to the trust property, any reference to the trustees of the trust property shall be construed as a reference to the new trustee and any reference to the FT as the trustee for the trust property shall be construed as a reference to the new trustee.
