art 3 Prescribed fees
(1) Each Table of Parochial Fees set out in Part 1 of the Schedule prescribes, in respect of the period to which it relates, the amount of the parochial fees payable to a parochial church council and to a diocesan board of finance in respect of the matters specified. (2) Paragraph (1) and provision made by the Tables in Part 1 of the Schedule are subject to section 1(8) of the Measure (which provides that where the relevant parish is a parish of which a cathedral is the parish church, any fees which would, apart from that subsection, be payable to the parochial church council or to the diocesan board of finance, shall, instead, be payable to the corporate body of the cathedral). (3) Part 2 of the Schedule applies in relation to the parochial fees which are prescribed in the Tables in Part 1.
