art 2 Appointed days for the coming into force of certain provisions of the Act
(1) 24th January 2013 is the day appointed for the coming into force of— (a) the provisions of the Act listed in Part 1 of the Schedule for all purposes; (b) the provisions of the Act listed in Part 2 of the Schedule, for the purposes of making orders or regulations; (c) the provisions of the Act listed in Part 3 of the Schedule, for the purposes specified in that Part. (2) 19th February 2013 is the day appointed for the coming into force of the provisions of the Act listed in Part 4 of the Schedule, for the purposes of making appointments.
