In this Order— “the 1967 Act ” means the Forestry Act 1967 ; “the 1995 Act ” means the Environment Act 1995 ; “the 1998 Act ” means the Government of Wales Act 1998 ; “the 1999 Order ” means the National Assembly for Wales (Transfer of Functions) Order 1999 .
