art 2 Amendment to the Road Traffic (Northern Ireland) Order 1995

In Article 25 (payments in respect of applicants for exemption from wearing seat belts) of the Road Traffic (Northern Ireland) Order 1995 , in paragraph (2) before sub-paragraph (b) insert— (ab) those in receipt of armed forces independence payment under the Armed Forces and Reserve Forces (Compensation Scheme) Order 2011 .
