art 7 Amendment of the Education (Student Loans) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1998

(1) The Education (Student Loans) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1998 are amended as follows. (2) In Schedule 2 (terms of loans), in paragraph 1, in the definition of “disability related benefits”, after “Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992” insert “armed forces independence payment under the Armed Forces and Reserve Forces (Compensation Scheme) Order 2011,”.
