art 9 Amendment of the Legal Aid (Assessment of Resources) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1981

(1) The Legal Aid (Assessment of Resources) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1981 are amended as follows. (2) In paragraph 6 of Schedule 1 after sub-paragraph ( e ) insert— (f) armed forces independence payment under the Armed Forces and Reserve Forces (Compensation Scheme) Order 2011.
