art 11 Amendments to Schedule 2 to the 2012 Order
(1) In Schedule 2, paragraph 14 (additional requirements: applications for the appointment of a proxy in respect of a particular PCC election) is amended as follows. (2) In sub-paragraph (4), for “paragraph 3” substitute “paragraph 3(2)”. (3) After sub-paragraph (5) insert— (5A) Where an application under paragraph 3(2)— (a) is made on grounds relating to the applicant’s occupation, service or employment; and (b) is made after 5 p.m. on the sixth day before the date of the poll at the PCC election for which it is made, the requirements of paragraph 15A apply to the matters to be specified and as to attestation. (4) In sub-paragraph (6), for “paragraph 3” substitute “paragraph 3(2)”.
