art 16 Amendments to the Criminal Procedure Rules 2014
In the Arrangement of Rules contained in the Criminal Procedure Rules 2014— (a) for the title to Part 50 substitute ‘Behaviour orders’; and (b) for the title to Part 59 substitute ‘Proceeds of Crime Act 2002: rules applicable to restraint, seizure and detention proceedings’.
