reg 55 Exercise of enforcement powers
When enforcing these Regulations, the enforcing authority must exercise its powers in a manner which is consistent with— (a) regulation 56 (evaluation of apparatus presenting a risk); (b) regulation 57 (enforcement action in respect of apparatus that is not in conformity and which present a risk); (c) regulation 58 ( EU safeguard procedure); (d) regulation 59 (enforcement action in respect of formal non-compliance); (e) regulation 60 (restrictive measures).
