art 19 Compulsory acquisition of land
National Grid (but not WPD) may acquire compulsorily so much of the Order land specified in columns (1) and (2) of Schedule 11 (land which may be compulsorily acquired) as is required for the construction, operation and maintenance of the authorised development not including the WPD Works or is incidental to it or required to facilitate it.
