art 3 Development consent etc. granted by the Order
(1) Subject to the provisions of this Order and to the Requirements— (a) National Grid is granted development consent for the authorised development; and (b) WPD is granted development consent for the WPD Works. (2) The authorised development must be constructed and installed in the lines and situations shown on the Works Plans listed in Schedule 2 and in accordance with the levels shown on the sections, subject to article 5 (limits of deviation) and to the Requirements in Schedule 3 (Requirements). (3) Schedule 3 has effect.
