art 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation
(1) This Order may be cited as the Foundation Subject (Amendment) (Wales) Order 2000 and shall come into force on 20th July 2000. (2) In this Order — “the Act” (“ y Ddeddf ”) means the Education Act 1996; “the Authority” (“ yr Awdurdod ”) means the Qualifications, Curriculum and Assessment Authority for Wales ; and “the National Assembly” (“ y Cynulliad Cenedlaethol ” ) means the National Assembly for Wales.
