(1) There is hereby conferred on the Council the additional function of maintaining records relating to the categories of persons listed in Part I of the Schedule to this Order. (2) The records mentioned in paragraph (1) shall contain the information listed in Part II of the Schedule to this Order in so far as applicable to the person concerned. (3) The records mentioned in paragraph (1) shall be kept in written or electronic form.
