art 1 Title, commencement and application

(1) This Order may be cited as the Sea Fishing (Enforcement of Community Conservation Measures) (Wales) Order 2000 and shall come into force on 11 September 2000. (2) This Order applies to Wales and to the sea adjacent to Wales.
