art 8 Powers of British sea-fishery officers to seize fish and fishing gear
In Wales and within the sea adjacent to Wales, any British sea-fishery officer may seize— (a) any fish (including any receptacle which contains the fish) in respect of which the officer has reasonable grounds to suspect that a relevant offence has been committed; and (b) any net or other fishing gear which the officer has reasonable grounds to suspect has been used in the course of the commission of such an offence.
