art 1 Citation, interpretation and application
(1) This Order may be cited as the Care Standards Act 2000 (Commencement No.1) (Wales) Order 2000. (2) In this Order— “ the Act ” (“ y Ddeddf ”) means the Care Standards Act 2000; “ the Council ” (“ y Cyngor ”) means the Care Council for Wales established by virtue of article 2(2) of this Order. (3) This Order applies to Wales.
