The Plant Health (Phytophthora ramorum) (Wales) Order 2002 art 5

art 5 Exemptions

(1) The requirements of article 3 shall not apply to susceptible material which is accompanied by a phytosanitary certificate issued prior to the coming into force of this Order. (2) The requirements of article 4 shall not apply to the despatch or taking of delivery of susceptible material by persons not acting in the course of any trade or business.
