art 3 Prohibition against the introduction and spread of Phytophthora ramorum into and within Wales
Subject to article 12, no person shall— (a) import Phytophthora ramorum into Wales; or (b) knowingly sell, plant, move or otherwise dispose of or knowingly cause or permit to be sold, planted, moved or otherwise disposed of Phytophthora ramorum within Wales.
