s 40 Application of Part VI of the Act to the territorial sea
(1) The amendment of section 127(2) of the Act (definitions etc: application to territorial sea) made by regulation 38(a) of the Genetically Modified Organisms (Deliberate Release) Regulations 2002 also has effect in relation to Wales. (2) In section 127(2), as so amended, after “as it applies in England” insert “ and applies to the territorial sea adjacent to Wales as it applies in Wales ” .
