art 2 Different amounts for dwellings in different valuation bands
(1) Section 5 of the Act is amended in accordance with this Article. (2) After subsection (1), insert — (1A) For the purposes of the application of subsection (1) to dwellings situated in Wales, for the purposes of financial years beginning on or after 1st April 2005, for the proportion specified in that subsection there is substituted the following proportion: 6: 7: 8: 9: 11: 13: 15: 18: 21 (3) As regards financial years beginning on or after 1st April 2005 the following Table is substituted for that set out in subsection (3) —
