art 1 Name and commencement
(1) This Order is called the Denbighshire (Rhuddlan, Rhyl, Dyserth and Prestatyn) Order 2003. (2) This Order comes into force on 1 April 2004, which is the appointed day for the purposes of the Regulations, except that for the purposes set out in Regulation 4(1) of the Regulations this Order comes into force on 1 December 2003.
