art 1 Citation interpretation and application
(1) This Order may be cited as the Care Standards Act 2000 (Commencement No.11) (Wales) Order 2003. (2) In this Order— “Act” (“ Deddf ”) means the Care Standards Act 2000; “Council” (“ Cyngor ”) means the Care Council for Wales established by section 54(1)(b) of the Act. (3) This Order applies in relation to Wales.
