art 4 Revocation

(1) In Article 4 of the Principal Order the words “youth training trainee” has the meaning given by paragraph 8 of and Schedule 1 to this Order (2) Part IV (Youth Training) of Schedule 1 to the Principal Order is deleted in its entirety.
