art 1 Name and commencement

(1) This Order is called the Basic Curriculum for Wales (Amendment) Order 2003. (2) This Article and Article 2(1) and (2) of this Order come into force on 1 September 2003. (3) Article 2(3) comes into force on 1 September 2004.
