art 12 Amendments to the Rent Act 1977

In section 66 of the Act — (a) in subsection (1A)(b) after the words “Secretary of State” insert “or in relation to Wales, the National Assembly for Wales.”, (b) after subsection (4) add — (5) In relation to Wales, references in this section to the rent officer are to the rent officer or rent officers designated for the purposes of this section by the National Assembly for Wales.
