art 29 Patients not seen within three years

The term of a general medical services contract which gives effect to paragraph 5 of Schedule 6 to the 2004 Regulations (or the equivalent term of a default contract) shall be read as if the reference to a consultation or clinic provided by the general medical services contractor (or the default contractor) included a reference to a consultation or clinic provided by— (a) the relevant medical practitioner in relation to whom it is a succeeding contractor; or (b) in the case of a general medical services contract which takes effect immediately after a default contract between the same parties ceases to have effect, the contractor who held that default contract.
