The boundary between those parts of the community of Brecon ( St. Mary Ward), which forms the St. Mary’s electoral division, and the community of Llanfrynach, which forms part of the Talybont-on-Usk electoral division, is as shown on the boundary map marked “New Community Boundary”, with the result that the area of land shown hatched on the boundary map, including the property known as “White House” is to be included in the Community of Llanfrynach instead of in the Community of Brecon.
