art 2 Interpretation

In this Order— “the Listed Buildings Act” means the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 ; “the Planning Act” means the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 ; and references to the “Secretary of State” are to be read, in relation to land in Wales, as references to the National Assembly for Wales.
