art 43 Modification of section 4(5) of the National Health Service and Community Care Act 1990
For the purposes of disputes relating to— (a) general medical services contracts; or (b) personal medical services agreements under section 28C of 1977 Act, which are referred to the Assembly under section 4(3) or (4) of the 1990 Act (NHS contracts), section 4(5) of that Act shall be read as if after “appoint a person” there were included “or persons”.
