art 2 Amendment of the Education (Listed Bodies) (Wales) Order 2004
To the list of bodies in Section 1, Part I of the Schedule to the Education (Listed Bodies) (Wales) Order 2004 the following bodies are added (at their appropriate places in the alphabetical order), being bodies which appear to the National Assembly for Wales to fall within section 216(3) of the Education Reform Act 1988: (1) Kensington College of Business; (2) London City College; (3) School of Technology and Management .
