art 2 Provisions coming into force on 30 December 2005
30 December 2005 is the appointed day for the coming into force of the following provisions of the Adoption and Children Act 2002— (a) section 4 so far as not already in force; (b) sections 6 to 8; (c) section 12 so far as not already in force; (d) sections 13 to 15; (e) sections 56 to 58 so far as they are not already in force; (f) sections 60 to 62 so far as they are not already in force; (g) paragraphs 13, 65 and 111 to 113 of Schedule 3 and section 139(1) in so far as it relates to those paragraphs (minor and consequential amendments).
