The Foot-and-Mouth Disease (Wales) Order 2006 art 2

art 2 Extension of definitions of “animals” and “poultry”

For the purposes of the Act in its application to the disease and to this Order— (a) the definition of “animals” in section 87(1) of the Act is extended to include all four-footed beasts; (b) the definition of “poultry” in section 87(4) of the Act is extended to include all birds.
