art 5 Appointed days in relation to charges for dental services

(1) For the purposes of making regulations, 15 February 2006 is the day appointed for the coming into force of section 183 of the Act. (2) 1 April 2006 is the day appointed for the coming into force of section 183 of the Act in so far as it is not already in force.
